17 April Celebratory Lunch for the Graduates of Plenty Permaculture Design Course 2015-16
We are delighted to welcome family and friends of our students to join us on this day of design presentations and celebratory food!
The menu for the morning tea and lunch is:
Morning Tea:
Sweet: Lemon & Blueberry Muffins, garnished with a dollop of Organic Saville Orange Marmalade & Whipped Coconut Yogurt Swirl.
Savoury: Sun Dried Tomato & Buffalo Feta Cheese Galettes, with Smoked Pepper.
Autumn Harvest Lunch:
Vitality Soup: Fall’s Best Selection of Shaved Vegetables & Freshly Made Black Bean Noodles in Clear Herb ‘Green Vitality’ Stock
Energiser Salad: A Medley of Energizing Raw Veggies, Herbs and Select Salad Greens dressed in a ‘Devine Sesame Dressing’
Artisan Hand-Made Breads: An Assortment of Fermented Sour Dough & Gluten Free Loaves, smeared with Hand Churned, Full Cream Organic Butter
Lunch will be served around noon.
