Testing\, interpretation and subsequent actions.\nThe solution sol can offer to climate change – storing carbon in the soil.\nHumus\, the essential ingredient.\nImportance of covered soil\, minimising digging and soil disturbance.\nSoil amendments: compost\, vermicast\, compost teas\, ocean products.\nLaptops will be useful for the S-Map session\, but not essential for each student. \nUnderstanding Soils is a three part course but you may attend this workshop separately. This first module will focus on soil texture\, the other two modules with focus on structure and biology respectively. Click here to see other module dates. \nTwo dates to choose from for Understanding Soils Part 1\nDue to everyone’s busy schedules\, we’ll be running parallel and identical Saturday and Tuesday courses.
