This workshop will start with an introduction to pruning as it applies to all fruit trees\, then apples and pears in specific. This will be followed by a demonstration and then it’s your turn to start pruning with Gisella’s guidance. You’ll then be able to go home and confidently get started on your own apple and pear trees.  \nYour tutor is Gisella Warmenhoven\, a trained landscaper and professional tree pruner for over 30 years.   \n“Gisella’s one day workshop is one of the best ways to be introduced to fruit tree pruning. She is an excellent presenter and a patient teacher. ” \nWhat to bring: sharpened secateurs\, loppers\, a saw and stepladder if you have them. Gloves\, writing materials\, snacks and drinking water.
